Fifteen episodes cover a range of topics including general information on COVID-19, risks, prevention, and much more! New episodes are released every Wednesday and Friday.

As a newcomer to Canada, you may be facing several challenges to stay healthy during the pandemic. Host Jyoti Kalsi discusses food, familiarity with your community, and the cold temperatures of winter.
